Verification and Validation of Indicators - KPIs
When selecting and contracting the SLA of a Data Center as a host for your equipment, or processing your data, an important factor in the choice is the credibility of the Performance Indicators declared by the Data Center.
DCCert is a pioneer in Brazil for Attesting the Veracity of Indicators (KPIs) published by DCs. Certification evaluates the methodology used by the DC to measure and calculate the KPI, verifies and validates the published results, and attests to their compliance with the standards (ISO/IEC 22237-31 and IEC30134), and therefore, attests to the veracity and the plausibility of KPIs.

Verification– confirmation of a claim through the provision of objective evidence, that specified requirements have been fulfilled (confirmation of truthfulness)
